You know (you probably don't) how you need to keep kids in car "booster" seats until they're like 8 years old because the seatbelts don't fit them right until they grow more? Well, midgets should probably be required to be in them for life. When they buckled him up in the backseat he was at severe risk of choking or abdominal bleeding.
