Kris Benson is out for the season with a torn rotator cuff. Benson injured his shoulder when vacationing on Whore Island. He will be replaced by an equally craptastic Steve Trachsel and his "Back on Trach" headlines.

I wonder whether it annoys Benson that he is only famous because of his stripper wife. Granted he would be semi-famous due to his position as an MLB pitcher, but when is the last time you have ever heard him mentioned in a newspaper article or on Sportscenter without his wife being brought up?
Without the floozie, he is basically a poor man's Kip Wells.
